Tip of the week: The Forest – Strength is a very important stat affecting your melee. When performing an attack you lose energy. You can only gain 2 strength per day however the count can be reset with saving and exiting. Your goal is to gain as much strength as you can in one day. Once you reach the cap, you will gain no more. Calories are required for strength to be gained. If calories burnt are higher than calories consumed, you lost strength.
