• Beginner Tip: You can bandage yourself and create bandages at the same time. If you are bleeding out or taking damage from the fog you can start creating bandages immediately and applying them as soon as the first one is made. Your character will continue to create bandages as you heal.
• Advanced Tip: Optimize your video settings for max responsiveness in game. Open up the UserOptions.ini in Notepad and from the H1Z1 folder.
  • Change “Mode=Fullscreen” to “Mode=FullscreenWindowed”
  • Change “FullscreenMode=Fullscreen” to “FullscreenMode=FullscreenWindowed”
  • Set “TextureQuality=X” to “TextureQuality=3″
