Tip of the week: 7 Days to Die – Wellness is something that you have to maintain as you play. Every death decreases your wellness by 10 points. If you are starving or dehydrated it will decrease your wellness over time as well. You need to eat and drink to restore that wellness level.  If you eat raw eggs, moldy bread, raw meat or you drink murky water and coffee. The max wellness you can obtain is 250. You start out at 100 and through perks or medical supplies can raise it over that.
