Tip of the week: ARK – When taming an animal you will want to find strategies to help tame difficult animals. For smaller animals you will want to rely on bolas. These will prevent the animal from running away while you attempt to knock them out. If a bola is not capable of affecting the animal you are wanting to tame, you can build a cage to hold the animal. Making an enclosed room with a larger gate and a small door for you to escape through. Lead the animal into the room and then close the doors behind you. This will allow you to continue shooting the animal and knocking out that difficult tame. This also keeps the animal in a safe area during the taming process.
