• Beginner Tip: Making first aid kits – Most beginners don’t realize that you can actually make your own first aid kits. These are a prized possession in H1Z1 and can be easier to come by than expected. You will need 1 saline and 1 bandage to make them. Saline is made from 1 salt packet and 1 purified water and bandages are made from cloth. You can learn all of these through the crafting window.
• Advanced Tip: Not all medkits spawn at the beginning of a BR. Not sure if it is a bug or intentional, but, medkits spawn in right as the gas starts. If you checked a building and hear the gas alert you can try checking it again to see if new ones have shown up.
